What is the exchange/return policy?
Every retailer has a different return policy, so it's important to understand the specifics before you buy anything.
Since The K-Addy Forwarders & Shoppers (TKA) is the middleman between you and the retailers, we follow their return policies. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the day we receive it at our warehouse to notify us. After 14 days we can no longer request a return on your behalf.
How do I initiate Exchange/Return of packages I ordered?
Most stores allow you to initiate a return online through their website or app. You may need to enter your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
How do I request TKA to return packages I ordered?
After initiating an online return request from the retailer, notify us by logging-in to your account and send us a message from there or CONTACT US directly. Once we receive your request, we will send you an invoice which includes Exchange/Return fee of $8 and shipping return fee, if applicable. Processing may take 1~3 days or longer, depending on the retailer's response.
How long do I have to return packages I ordered?
Generally, return requests should be sent to us within 14 business days from date of receipt at our warehouse. Please note, return windows can vary from store to store. We recommend checking the store's return policies before you buy anything.
Can I request exchange/return of packages TKA ordered for me?
To request Exchange/Return, log-in to your account and send a message thru our membership portal's messaging system or CONTACT US directly. Processing may take 1~3 days or longer, depending on the retailer's response. Please note that the Handling Fee & Payment Processing Fee you paid upon request for assisted purchasing are non-refundable.

In case you'd like to exchange the item with a different price, the invoice we will send will include handling fee & payment processing fee.
Can I request return of packages TKA ordered for me from Bunjang?
Bunjang is a peer-to-peer platform and doesn't have a standard return policy. It's up to the individual seller to decide on their return policy. Some sellers might mention their return policy in the item description. Because it's a secondhand platform, there's no guarantee you can return an item unless the seller agrees.
