Friend Joins and Ships: Your friend signs up using your link and successfully ships their first package.
Earn Credits: You receive $3 in Referral Credits as a thank-you!
How can I use the referral credits I earned?
To use your referral credits, simply check the box at the bottom of the shipping request form. The credits will then be automatically deducted from your total invoice amount.
How do I find my referral link?
Log in to your account and navigate to the "Referrals" section in your dashboard to find your unique referral link.
When will I receive my referral credits?
Credits are awarded once your referred friend successfully ships their first package.
Do referral credits expire?
Yes. Referral credits must be used within 8 months.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes! You can refer as many friends as you like. The more friends you refer, the more credits you can earn.
Can I use my referral credits for an assisted purchasing request?
No. You can only use your referral credits when you request shipping.
