How do I sign up?
To Sign Up , click on the Members Page on the upper right hand corner of the main page.
How can I get my Korean address?
When your account is approved, simply copy and paste your Korean address from your main Dashboard.
How long does it take for my account to be approved?
To ensure the best possible experience for all our users, we sometimes pause accepting new applications. Account approval typically takes just a few minutes, but in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours. After signing-up, try logging-in after a few minutes or check back again later.
How do I change or update my account information?
Log-in to your account then tap 'My Account'. From there you can change or update your password, shipping address, phone number etc.
How do I change my password?
Follow these steps to change or update your password:
Visit the Members Page and log-In with your email address then click 'Forgot Password : Reset Now'
Check your email for a temporary password.
Go back to the log in page and enter the temporary password.
Once logged in go to 'My Account' and create a new password.
Where can I find my User ID number?
Log-in to your account and proceed to 'My Account' page.
I'm having trouble entering my Korean address, what do I do?
Generally Korean addresses are entered in this order: (1) City or Province (2) District (3) Street Name (4) Building or Apartment Number (5) Postal Code
