How do I sign up?
To Sign Up , click on the Members Page to create an account.
How can I get my Korean address?
Log-in to your account and simply copy and paste your Korean address from the Dashboard.
How long does it take for my account to be approved?
To ensure the best possible experience for all our users, we sometimes pause accepting new applications. Account approval typically takes just a few minutes, but in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours. After signing-up, try logging-in after a few minutes or check back again later.
How do I change or update my account information?
Log-in to your account then tap on the My Account. From there you can change or update your password, shipping address, phone number etc.
Where can I find my User ID number?
Log-in to your account and you'll find your User ID number on the main dashboard.
I'm having trouble entering my Korean address, what do I do?
Generally Korean addresses are entered in this order: (1) City or Province (2) District (3) Street Name (4) Building or Apartment Number (5) Postal Code
