How do I register the packages I ordered to my account?

Log in to your account and click SHIP FOR ME then NEW INCOMING ORDER.  Please fill in all fields. Enter 'n/a' in fields without information.  

I don't have the tracking number for my order yet, what do I do?

No worries. As soon as you get the tracking number, please log in to your account and send us a message. You can do this in the 'MESSAGES' tab or by contacting us directly. You also have the option to fill out the NEW INCOMING PACKAGE as soon as you have the tracking number.

How long can I store my packages for free?

We store each package FREE for 45 days  from the day of receipt, then charge US$1.00 per package per day thereafter. 

How do I know when my orders has been delivered to The K-Addy?

Upon receiving your package/s, we will update the status in your account.  You can also check your account's  'MESSAGES' tab for photos. 

How do I update the details of my incoming packages once I have the tracking number?

Log in to your account, navigate to the  MESSAGES  tab and send us a message from there or CONTACT US directly. You also have the option to fill out the NEW INCOMING PACKAGE as soon as you have the tracking number.

Why do I need to give you details about my orders?

The information will be used when filling out documents for international shipping. It is recommended that you complete this form after ordering from Korean shopping sites. Additionally, you also have the option to fill up the form once you have the tracking number for your orders.

How long is the maximum storage period?

60 days including the 45 days free storage period. We recommend that you log in to your account from time to time to stay updated about the status of your packages.

How do I know if the free storage period for my package has expired?

We recommend logging in to your account from time to time to stay updated about the status of your packages. When your free storage expires, the status in your account will be updated to 'FREE STORAGE EXPIRED.'

Does The K-Addy inspect the package contents upon receipt?

Yes. Upon receipt, we carefully inspect packages in order to inform our customers of any possible defects or damages in products.

The package I ordered has 'Shipped' but the tracking number hasn't been updated? What's wrong?

A package's tracking number isn't always updated immediately. Tracking information may take 48 hours to show. If there's no update after that, Contact Us and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

What happens if a package I ordered is damaged upon receipt at the TKA warehouse?

We will inform you right away. This is something you have to work out with retailer or sender, although we will help in any way we can.
