Packing & Special Requests
How will my packages be packed?
By default we consolidate and re-pack the packages you selected for forwarding to minimize the volumetric and billable weight. In case you have specific instructions on how to consolidate or re-pack your packages, let us know by adding it in the additional details section of your shipping request. Consolidation takes between 3 to 5 days to process. After a shipping request is submitted, any additional request to add or remove packages will be denied as this will change the volumetric weight of the shipment, and our team will have to re-start the process all over again.
What is a corrugated box and why is it necessary
Local retailers often use over sized boxes and excessive padding, which are unsuitable for international shipping. When necessary, we repackage items into appropriately sized corrugated boxes to ensure better protection during transit and to help lower shipping costs.
How can I request for optional or additional services?
When submitting a 'New Incoming Order' or a 'New Shipping Request' you can add your requests or instructions in the additional details section.
When requesting 'Inclusions Only' you have two choices for processing speed.
Standard : 3 to 7 days
Priority : 2 to 3 days.
Can I request special handling instructions for fragile or high-value items?
Yes. Simply reach out to us thru our membership portal's messaging system to let us know your special instructions and we'll handle your packages accordingly.
What is package split?
Our package splitting service allows you to break down one large package into several smaller ones. We carefully repackage each item, ensuring they are securely prepared for safe international shipping. Once split, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each individual package.
Here are some reasons why you might request for package split :
Ship to Multiple Addresses: Perfect for sending items to different locations.
Avoid Extra Shipping Fees: If your package exceeds weight or size limits, splitting it into smaller packages helps avoid oversized shipping charges.
Comply with Import Regulations: Many countries have limits on the value or quantity of items per shipment. Splitting packages helps you comply with these rules.
Stagger Delivery: You can split packages to receive certain items sooner or avoid shipping costs for items that aren’t needed immediately.
Do you ship to addresses in Korea? (domestic shipping)
- we ship packages as they are received
- we do not ship to commercial or business addresses.
I have a new package that just arrived, can I add it to my shipping request?
No. Once you've submitted your request, we will no longer add or remove packages from your shipping request. Adding more packages changes the volumetric weight, and it will require us to process the shipment all over again. However, you can fill up and submit a NEW SHIPPING REQUEST and we will start processing it separately from your first request.
