 What types of payment methods and currencies can I choose?

Our default payment option is via Paypal.  All payments must be in USD.  

Please note that we do not accept Paypal eChecks.

 When will I receive my Services & Shipping Invoice?

2~5 business days after you submit a New Shipping Request.

 How will I receive invoices?

Effective 11 July 2024 we use secure invoices through PayPal to ensure a smoother and safer experience for everyone. You'll receive them directly from Paypal to  the email address you provided during registration. You can easily track the status of your payment directly within the invoice itself. Additionaly, we'll keep your account updated to reflect completed payments.

 Do I have to pay  Paypal transaction fees?

Effective 11 July 2024 the total amount due in the Services & Shipping Invoice already accounts for fees associated for processing your payments through Paypal.

 How many days do I have to complete the payment of my Services & Shipping Invoice?

Our standard payment terms is 5 days upon receipt. However, for invoices that involve packages that are overdue or have passed their free storage period, we kindly request prompt payment upon receipt of the invoice.

 What happens if I'm unable to complete the payment within 5 days?

After 5 days, unpaid invoices will be automatically cancelled and re-computed.  Additional $5.00 will be charged for cancelled invoices.

 Why do I have to pay two separate invoices for my assisted purchasing request?

Because shipping fee depends on size and weight of the box and we can't estimate the exact weight until we have the items on hand. By issuing two separate invoices, we can ensure you that you are not under or over charged for the shipping fees. However in cases where the item size and weight are clearly known, we issue one invoice that covers all charges, including Assisted Purchasing fees and Shipping fee. 

 How many days do I have to complete the payment of the Assisted Purchasing Payment of Goods?

Depending on the type of assisted purchasing you requested, payment must be completed within 12~24 hours.

 How do I know if my payment was successfully processed?

We update the status  in your account.

 How do I request a refund if I made an over payment?

When this happens, Contact Us  and we will process the refund within 2~5 business days.
