Paid Membership 

 How do I sign up for a paid membership?

Sign-up to create an account first. If you wish to upgrade, send your payment to our Paypal Link, indicate your Customer ID Number and the Membership Plan of your choice. Upon payment confirmation, we update the details on your 'My Account' page.

 What types of payment methods can I use?

Our default payment option is via Paypal.  All payments must be in USD and customers are responsible for Paypal transaction fees, if any.  Our Paypal link is: paypal.me/TKAFS 

Please note that we do not accept Paypal eChecks.

 Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, but note that payments are non-refundable once paid.

 Where can I find my User ID Number?

Log-in to your account and proceed do your 'My Account' page.

 Will I be billed automatically when my membership expires?

We will send an email notification 7 days before your membership expires. If you wish to renew or switch to another plan, send your payment to our Paypal Link. Indicate your Customer ID Number and the Membership Plan of your choice.

 Can I upgrade or downgrade to a different membership plan?

Once  your membership expires, you have the option to switch to a different plan.

 Can I request to offset or deduct assisted purchasing fees from my paid membership plan?

No. Assisted Purchasing fees must be settled before we place orders for your 'Shop For Me' requests. We do not purchase products or items until after you pay.

 When does my membership countdown begin?

Your membership countdown starts  as soon as we receive the first package after your confirm your membership plan.

 What happens to unclaimed packages after membership expires?

We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed packages if  your membership renewal is not paid on or before membership expiration date.

 Can I request domestic shipping  ?

Yes. Domestic shipping service is included in the Starter and Essential Membership plans.
